"Order never arrived"

Placed an online order at 9:30 tonight. It's now 11:25 and no order has turned up! Tried ringing to get an automated machine telling me the opening times, it closes at 11pm. VERY dissaponted!!! Glad I chose the option of paying cash on delivery!.
