"Needs improvement"

Why do the drivers let more and more passengers onto the buses, when there's no more seats left, and some passengers have to stand? And yet, still, the drivers stop to let even more passengers on. Instead of doing the more practical thing, by telling the passengers at the next bus stop, that the bus is too full to let any more people on. Either build bigger buses, or stop letting your buses get overcrowded. The lack of room on these buses is getting ridiculous. Especially when the school's are off. Wouldn't it make more sense to build more room on these buses? I'd rather pay a bit more to get a taxi. At least I'll be gaursnteed a seat, instead of going on these overcrowded buses. I could sense the frustration coming from the other passengers. Not fair on people who rely on buses..
