Visited store on Wednesdsy to exchange item I bought on Tuesday, I had my receipt spoke to the lady who served me and she was very polite and took me to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was very ignorant as I explained why I was exchanging the item she never once made eye contact she looked at the item then said no I can't exchange , I ask why she didn't answer me , I couldn't believe the lack of customer service just her attitude, I asked her again could u explain why you can't exchange , she then said just swop then over . This supervisors attitude was unnecessary , unprofessional and rude..
