"Ignorant staff in the information office."

I waited patiently for 20 minutes in the queue and when I got to the front the lady behind the counter looked daggers at me, why? I am very polite am not rude and had one simple question about a particular bus, she made me feel as if I had no right to be there and was so curt with me I felt embarrassed.

I'm so sorry I even went in the place, in future I'll try and find any queries from a different source. I don't know why she was like that towards me, I didn't deserve it..
