"Waste of time"

Sick of going back and forward with a faulty phone. Each person tells you different each time.try to get a faulty phone swoped or repaired is like trying to get the queens autograph.tell me there can repair might be away 5 weeks and might not get the same phone returned.i will be doing jail for these soon my patients is wafer thin.could go on but why wast my breath I keep that for the shop..
