"What is going on with royal mail Middlesbrough"

In the last month I have had 5 parcels not turn up,one of which the sender resent another and it didn't arrive either. I have tried to ring the sorting office but the number doesn't seem to be connected,I have searched online and found other numbers and none of them work. This never happened when I lived in Sheffield. Fed up of paying for things I don't receive,and it is ridiculous I can't even ring my local sorting office to complain and find out where my things are!.
