Need to get this back urgently tried to contact middlesbro sorting office I will go to collect and pay the differnce the envelope is white and 8.5 inches long. it is said I have to wait 10 working days for them to weigh it then send a card. My grandma made the mistake in posting it using a first class stamp, she is most upset, it has not been delivered, to meThey are my 21st birthday pics plus my grandparents holiday photos. surely it does not take this long to be sorted out.so far it is now over a week AND NO INFORMATION. HELP PLEASE.!111111111111111111111..
